Past Life Regression Meditation and Hypnosis

•We start with a short explanation of what to expect, addressing questions or concerns.
•We will begin with the live soundbath that Adrienne Isbell will play throught our experience with and ocean drum, crystal bowls, and chimes. We will sit or lie down comfortably, closing your eyes and relaxing while listening to Doug Barlow's soothing voice. You will be guided into your past lives, early childhood, spirit experience, energy or emotional healing, and deeper experiences.
•When we finish you will be able to share your experiences and ask questions, if you'd like. We will talk about the steps to move forward, and that will complete the session.
•Give yourself 2 hours for the experience and discussion.
Bring yoga mats, pillows or cushions so you can sit or lie comfortably, a blanket or 2, and an eye mask if you have one. Loose comfortable clothing is helpful.
This is safe for children, it’s best if they’re old enough to sit quietly and not cause distractions. Please no babies or pets for this one.

On Thursday, May 8, Keys To Your Breath is hosting a wonderful session of Breathwork again at Rabbit Hole Wellness!

My first class at Rabit Hole this April was a massive success, and I can't wait to continue to share and grow with this incredible community, each of you have touched me so much. I hope to see you each agian!

Come prepared with a yoga mat, blanket, water, and journal. I have eye masks and some blankets available for you as well!

The type of breathwork we're doing will be a hybrid. Starting with upregulating 3 part breath to get us into it, then shifting into a downregulating liberation breath to ease you into a state of pure still awareness. Followed by a soundbath!
